Charms are Pseudo Magical items. Unlike magical items they require extremely precise ingredients to be created. More often than not they also require other conditions be met in their construction. Unlike magical items they can for the most part be constructed by anyone with the know how, time and necessary components. Alternatively unlike magic items they have no listed prices and can’t be sold or bought in just anywhere. Charms come in two forms, personal and universal. Personal only function for the time and duration listed and then only for the person who created it. Universal function for the time and duration listed but can be used by almost anyone.
- A Mojo Bag is a personal charm that is created by a specific person and to function just for that person. The outer bag must be burlap tied by any type of string or twine. The bag must contain 4 specific things. First it must have a handful of dirt from the earth. Two 2 or more bones from a small animal. Three ground up dried leaves. Four it must contain 5 gold coins from your homeland. It then must be baked over a fire for 5 hours. When it is finished it will give a +1 bonus to any one skill for a year. One can only own one Mojo Bag at once and a new Bag can’t be constructed until the other ones power has been released.
